Are you getting a message or notification to disable pop up when you are inside of Sitebuilder Plus when trying to edit the hours?
Since there is no pop up on your website when I visit it as a customer, there is no requirement or notification for myself to disable the pop up setting.
Normally, to disable the pop up setting, should be in your Browser Settings, usually near the bookmarks bar.
