Customers enter my website and they Homestead Home page

I'm getting so frustrated. I cannot figure this  one out. Ever since I added "Cloudfare" security to my websites, to prove I have a secure site... some of my potential .customers have been getting the Homestead home page advertising how to build their own site. I called Homestead about this about a month ago, and of course it doesn't pop up when I tried it. Nor did it happen when the rep. tried. The rep said I should get a screenshot of it. Well that is #1 impossible because I am not the potential customer and ##2 It is really embarrassing. I am very tempted to cancel my sites and look for another web builder. It would be a pain, but this is unprofessional in appearances. I would rather not have a website that is doing that. So unprofessional.
