cant update my web page i have had for over 10 years

Sitebuilder.homestead.com says

Continues evertime when I try and even update one letter in a post. HELP as the whole Bay Area is waiting for there update. San Fran San Mateo. Dublin.etc The whole Bay area and your site wont let me do or go anywhere.
