Can't access main website again

On August 15th I wrote in that I was unable to access my main website (domain name), either to view or to edit the site. It came back suddenly, so I assumed all was well.
Today I have the same problem. As I don't know what resolved the problem last time, I don't know what to do now. Please help me to get this back - www.petportraitsincolouredpencil.com.

When I click on View published site, I get 404 error.

I'm sorry, but again, your website is working fine on my end. Can you try clearing the cache and cookies or using a different browser?

I have cleared cache, tried on different browsers and different devices, also friends have tried, but all we get is a blank page. When I try to edit the site, it doesn't open, and when I try to view the saved site I just get a facetious message saying that I've really messed up.

@elyzabethv Thank you, but don't bother, I am transferring this domain to Hostinger. They offer 24/7 live chat with customer support, who transfer you to chat with techncal support if needed. Their normal wait time is 5 minutes, compared with the 5 days+ it has taken for my problem to be noted here.
