my website order form (which has been the same structurally for YEARS) is not functioning.  Multiple customers are telling me they sent orders that I never received, and when I submitted a test order, I never received it.

Have you checked your spam/junk folders to make sure they aren't ending up there?

Can you try updating the email on the form to a different email and send a test?
