Aikenjuniorsports.org trying to add a new page

I have added another page to my website (aikenjuniorsports.org) and it shows up just as I want on the Homestead website with the older pages.  It is called Aiken First Tee.  When I try to publish I get a message "Must disable browser's popup blocker to use all of the features in this application".  When I go and sign in to my website all of the older pages are fine and the page for Aiken First Tee is blank.  On  the blank page it says "Resource has been removed or there has been a name change".  Must be a simple fix when I try to publish but I don't know what it is.  When I go back to the Homestead website all of the pages are there including the Aiken First Page.  Why can't I get it to publish so it's viewable on my (aikenjuniorsports.org) website?
