Outlook e-mail not working and cannot get into web mail through Homestead

Outlook e-mail keep popping up with a box asking for password and we have not changed anything. When I click OK it just pops back up again, and again, and again.
I have not received e-mail and cannot send e-mail in two (2) weeks.
