How can I register a complaint to customer service?

I logged into my email on Homestead and temporarily forwarded it to my Gmail. When I removed the forward, all of my emails disappeared. How can I retrieve the missing emails?

I am unable to update my email password in the Homestead Portal. It will allow me to type the new password but it will not save and update it.

I can't send any emails to gmail accounts and this is not acceptable.
