Cannot login to my webmail. Say 'invalid credentials' when they are correct

I have the correct username and password and keeps saying 'invalid credentials'  I need access to my emails NOW for business.  HEEEEELP!!  Was working fine yesterday.  Shows the error message and then returns to webmail login screen
