I'm hoping a team member would be able to assist with this issue.

I registered 2 domains names a while back & both have been listed as unsuccessful, however payment of these keeps coming out. 

I was wondering if this would be able to be fixed up? I'm aware there's the option to call, but I'm outside of the USA & my phone provider currently blocks international calls & I was hoping this could be looked into / fixed without having to change my phone plan to call to correct this issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have fixed this. The domains did register and I have changed the status on your account. We are currently experiencing a publishing issue that is causing these domains to not work right now. Engineers are working to resolve it
