When submitting the contact form the form does not clear (although I have set it to), so if you want to go back to the form again it is still locked from the previous message? Michelle C has replied saying it does clear but I have tested it again and it still isn't clearing for me?

Hello Steve,

I can take a look into this. What website are you experiencing this with?

That domain is not with Homestead, however, I think you meant allthingstenerife.org. I have tested the form on the contact page of this site and it is working properly in regards to clearing the information upon submission. Here are screen shots of the process. Is there another page on the site that has a contact form?

Hello Michelle, When I try it stays shaded out and doesn't clear, I have even gone on to another page and back and it's still the same?

What browser are you using to test? The only thing I can thing of is that this is an auto-save feature from your browser, which is why we can't replicate this issue.

I have tried Firefox and the same happens.  I have discovered though that if i click on it when it's shaded out then it does clear, but my clients are not going to know this so I suppose I'll have to put a message on to say they need to do this, but this is very unprofessional, have you got any suggestions?

I understand doing this is not ideal. I would say adding this message to the site is not necessary, since it clears upon submission when we are testing from multiple computers and browsers. This may be something that is isolated to your device. However, you can add it as a message if you are concerned others may experience the same situation.
