Wouldn't it be nice if Homestead had 24 hr support so you can get your problems fixed when you need them; not when its convenient for them?

Wouldn't it be nice if Homestead had 24 hour support so you could get your problems fixed when you need them fixed; not just when its convenient for them? I am unable to receive emails from only certain domains, domains that I have received emails from in the past. I wonder how many domains I am not getting emails from, how much business I have lost over this. I call their support line but too bad, they're closed.

Scott6049, I found 1 domain that sends to you and is also flagged by our spam service. I have open a dialog with them to see what the problem is and if the flag can be removed.

Is the domain therobinlyonsgroup? If so that is my wife's email. I have received emails from her before. Thanks

That is the one yes. I was able to reset it. The spam service reported that a significant number of recipients marked messages from that domain as spam. Sometimes this can happen, but it is an indication that you wife should just double check her mailing list if she has them and make sure it is current and everyone wants the mail.
