The first Thursday of May(2nd, 2019) is World Password Day.
This day was created to celebrate improving your password habits. We often think, well, I have a password and no one knows my user name, so I am safe. Unfortunately, that is not always the case as you sometimes hear about on the news. More and more of our lives are being stored online and many people are still using a password from 5 or 6 years ago.
Additionally, many people use the same user name and password combination for all of their accounts. Please consider, on this day, that you create new and more complicated passwords for all of your accounts. Protect your data! Protect yourself! Take a look at the most commonly used passwords of 2018.
Please take some extra time to read our more comprehensive article concerning account security.
