With the new website builder, is it possible to place link on the main page linking to section in another page? Something like anchor?

Some elements you can add a behavior to. That behavior can be set to link to another element on the page. That is how you can simulate an anchor.

A button, for example can do this. You add a button to the page and go to settings on the right. At the bottom there is an Add behavior button. If you click that you see the behavior options. One section is Scrolling. If you select scroll to element, then you can select the option to scroll to another element. You will then select the element on the page and click Apply at the top right. That should now simulate an anchor link.
