No. This is routine maintenance. It's an upgrade. Be patient.

You should have been around during the 2014 migration.

I was around. But may not have been working on a project at the time. How long did it take?

We were down for 30 days. It was right before Christmas, probably the worst timing for a project that would be so consuming. The timing couldn't have been worse if they'd planned it.

How could you possibly have customer's businesses down for 30 days? Must have lost a lot of business. Are we going to be down for 30 days??? You guys, obviously aren't doing this right. Couldn't you have done it a little bit at a time. And, give us warning and tell us you will be working on the site and we wouldn't be able to edit on Saturday and /or Sunday during the wee hours of the night?
