Just to clarify, we are actually no longer a part of Intuit. If you are logged into your Homestead account, and click "Help" in the top right corner, there should be an option to "Chat Live". If you are not seeing it there, you can also access Chat support from www.homestead.com, under the login links, there is a link that says "Chat: Available".
I did not know this. I do not seem to have a chat link on my Sitebuilder...just the link to the community Is there something I can do to get this to show up when I am in sitebuilder? Thanks for your reply BTW
