Why does my website url include homestead.com? For example, I want to visit my website by going to taccs.org, not taccs.homestead.com.

You can "rename" your website from .homestead.com to whatever you like by clicking on "Rename" next to "Your Websites"

Jesse6411,   You are seeing something called a site name,  which is a subdomain of Homestead.com.   Your customers won't see that url unless you share it with them or make it public.  And as Victor4384 explained you can indeed rename it if you wish.

You also have your own domain name of taccs.org, however it currently is not working as it looks like it needs to be validated. There was an email sent to you that you may have missed. Follow the steps on this page to validate the domain and it will be working in a few minutes of completing the process.

I received an email saying “Please validate your domain name(s) as soon as possible”

Let us know if you have any questions.

Mike
