On one of my pages, my pin-it buttons appear in site builder to be where they are supposed to be, but they show up way down below the footer in the published page.  ( http://www.aboriginalartsllc.com/womens-sun-visor-viseras-1.html).  Also, I have a paypal button inserted as an html element on the top, right side of the top-most image on this page, but it does not show on the published page?  Why the stray pin-it buttons on the printed page, and why not my pay pal button?

This problem is most likely due to the many different html boxes that you've placed on the page. Sometimes multiple html boxes cause problems with each other especially when they are from different 3rd parties. These can be a little tedious to troubleshoot. The best thing to do is to create a copy of the page and just name it "test" or use the same name and add a number "2" to the end of the name so you can keep them separate. If you can remember what the  most recent changes you made to the site, you can undo those changes to see if you identify the problem.  If you are not sure, then you may have to start by removing one of the html boxes at a time and publishing in between.  You'll eventually find out what the conflicting element is.

Also, I see a lot of custom code in the head section.  You can also experiment with removing that code also.
