I wrote to billing help. Hi, I am very frustrated. My credit card is not being accepted. The bank had to change my billing credit card for another one and I tried to update the numbers but your system do not allow me to do that. My new card is OK it has the same data only the numbers changed. I Even tried to pay with a different card and happen the same, a warning message says "were unable" to use it.

HELP. I do not want to see my site from ten years erased. I have almost two million visitors. My name is Consuelo Carrillo. My pin is 21683.

I could not find the way to comunicate with you by phone or contact page. Help center is dissabled. What about a phone advisor? I am going in panic about my site. Please answer as soon as you can.

Again sorry for this frustration. Do you by chance have any other accounts with us where you use the same card number? If you could also please respond with the error message exactly word for word, I can further investigate.
