Why won't the text on a page stay formatted properly when I publish it?

When I publish certain pages the formatting changes from the working version. How do I stop that from happening?

Hello Judith4768
What site and pages do you see this happening on, so I can see what you are talking about?

BLENDING MULTI ELEMENTS:
I can't identify the structure of your composition but I can inform you that you cannot impose one text box over another and expect their relative positions to translate on your published site. The same applies to integrating images into a text composition.

This is the page: http://legislativeaction.homestead.com/Presenter-Honoraria.html?_=1533064068538
It has only 2 text boxes and they are not overlapping.

See the screen shot of the page before publishing.  The formatting is correct.

Hello Judith4768
I understand what you are referring to now, and I can see it as well. Basically, browsers sometimes have a hard time displaying text with "bullets" properly. I went through, deleted them, then readded them and it looks like it is working better now. If you continue to run into this issue, one thing I might suggest is to have the dash in a separate text box than the text.
Will you take a look at that page and see if it looks better to you?

Thanks.  I looked at the page and the formatting was better but not totally fixed.  II made some changes which I think may have solved the problem. use bullets on many other pages and usually the formatting is ok, so I'm still not sure what caused this issue.

I'm glad you were able to work with it and get it fixed.
