Why won't SiteBuilder Desktop open?

Everytime I go to open the SiteBuilder application I get an error message that it can't open. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it. What is wrong?

Thank you! I thought I had tried both of these things, but I tried them one more time and it finally worked! Not sure what I did wrong the first time, but thanks for your help!
