why is my webmail quota full even i delete all sent items and trash as well as pay add-ons for 1 GB space

I cannot receive emails at all since they mention my quota full but I have already bought the 1GB add -ons for 5 days already. I have my email set over outlook and it use to work but for the last one week I am not able receive any messages

The mailbox is still over quota. You have 100+ messages in the inbox and a sub folder called sent that has nearly 200 message. In each folder there are quite a few message ranging up to 21mb.

The GB of space you added is for websites, not for email. We can upgrade you to 1GB for email. It costs $2/month. I can remove the additional space you added and upgrade the account if you like, or if you can remove more emails.
