My website stopped working today. I never got any emails about this. How do I fix it?

Your domain is hosted at Godaddy and all the DNS records and nameservers are set to point to services at Godaddy. Did you make a change at your domain? If not, then you will need to correct this at Godaddy. What services do you have with us?

I never used godaddy. I set up my account through what was then intuit. Intuit became Homestead. I have had the same account for 3 years now. I have not made any changes.

I have a website with you. I even made my last payment on the 18th of November. I am unsure why in the middle of my billing cycle everything changed.

I am not sure what's happening, but the domain I see on your account is mahoneystc.com. It is registered at Godaddy. The picture below shows that. If you do a whois search you can see this. Do you know a Marsha Stratton? She is the registered owner of the domain.

Our registrar does not show any indication that this domain has ever been registered with us. Do I have the wrong domain?

Ah yes. You are correct. I forgot that our owner used a marketing company to create a new website. They likely got the domain from godaddy and I merged what I had originally created with that. Sorry for the confusion. How do I cancel my account? I assume I will still be getting charged?
