When loading my website it says not secure to the left of it. It was built using the new builder. How can this be fixed?

Hello Ken,

I have pointed the domain to our secure server, the ssl will kick in shortly.
When switching to the new builder going forward, if it does not automatically connect you can initiate the SSL with these instructions. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/websitebuilder-ssl-cnvdqnt2aqgpr

My domain is in your server and still is reporting as 'not secure'.

Hello,

It appears you are using Sitebuilder Plus, which unfortunately, we cannot automatically secure due to the outdated software. These sites require a little bit of footwork to get the SSL applied. Follow the instructions in this article to add a SSL to Sitebuilder plus sites. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/can-i-secure-my-homestead-website-with-https
