Why don't I "have access" to something Homestead promoted?

A Homestead Websites email says "Email marketing is the most effective marketing tool for customer acquisition and retention. Try it!" The "Try it!" button linked to this message: "Sorry! You don't have access to the content you requested ... please contact the administrator..."

But, no information about how to contact an administrator is provided.  And, why am I advised to try something and then told I "don't have access to the content?"  It seems everything here is designed to be a frustrating dead end.

I'm sorry about that. It was an oversight and has been corrected. You should be able to visit that article now.
