why does my website look wrong on a smart phone?

If you are still using Sitebuilder, the site is less compatible with the Smartphone technology-and if you have signed up for Dudamobile it's still not going to look right.  It's time to upgrade to Website Builder. It has a built-in mobile version that is independently editable (and you are going to want to tweak your site on the mobile side a little I promise you, but the software is so much more dynamic and modern and mobile friendly (now required by Google to be acceptable)  From experience, I will say that while I personally look at websites more on a laptop, the growing majority of site viewers are looking at it on phones/tablets and so you need to consider that as an important factor when considering the jump to Website Builder. You can see that in the website statistics.  I highly recommend it.

I can see that you are using Sitebuilder. This is not a responsive/mobile friendly builder. Your site will not display properly on mobile, unfortunately. What Lynn suggested would be my best recommendation. It would not cost anything additional on your account to rebuild that site yourself in the newer builder. You would just need to add a new site in your account, build it, and then switch the site association for your domain.You can do all of that while your old site is still running so there is minimal down time. It would really help your site overall. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
