I've lost so many important emails for same reason that I spend dozens of hours cleaning now - however and on top of that, in my Outlook, I have other email accounts (AOL and Yahoo for example) and drag specific emails into folders that end up OUT of this very/extremely limited on.  Like you, if these would get me through a year, I'd be comfortable deleting everything but the last 12-months.  For what I am paying, I refuse to pay any more for additional space and have not SEARCHED (time limited) for a better service.  AOL and YAHOO are what many of my contractors still use, flawlessly.  We are possibly too focused on "appearance" of having a unique email address.  I'm not happy with myself for following this suit.

Hello,

We provide a very basic email service, and this service only comes with 500 MB of storage. If you receive a lot of email, or emails with large attachments, then this will fill up quickly. The solution is to choose a higher email storage

2GB for $1/month
5GB for $2/month10GB for $3/month

If this is still not sufficient, then unfortunately I would have to recommend finding an email host that has the storage you need, because we are unable to offer more than 10GB.

If you choose to do neither of these solutions, then the option you choose is to continue to spend time emptying out the mailbox as it fills, and save any important emails to your computer through an email client like Outlook.
