why can't I edit or add my products in my new store?

I started adding products but wasn't able to finish. Now when I select Manage products I get a blank page and nothing shows.

Hello,

I apologize about this, I have attempted to add images and products to the store and was able to successfully proceed. It is possible there was a time out error or a temporary issue. Are you still experiencing this?

I'm having the exact same issue! I upgraded my site w/ a store today expecting to add my products and it's giving me the white screen as well. It says "you have no products in your store". When I click "add products" it takes me to the white blank page. Pretty annoying. I'm assuming it's a problem w/Homestead. I've tried on 2 different computers and restarted both. I've watched the tutorials and still can't figure it out.

Hello smilyna,

I am able to see the product that has been added as well as a add new products. What browser are you using when editing the site? I have successfully done this using Google Chrome.

I was able to see the products when I logged on through Google Chrome, but I still can't add or edit products.

I cannot replicate any issues. Do you receive any errors when attempting to add a product?
