PHOTO UPLOAD IS SIDEWAYS?
You'll need to upload the image to another ap to change the file name to gif, png, jpg etc. Lunapic or Paint will work. After doing that, you can import the file to your homestead file manager.
These are images generally taken on an iPhone and code is added for orienting the image. This code messes with Sitebuilder. The above suggestion strips that extra code and you read the new image to your page.

Upload your image using the Lunapic ap. You'll be able to edit the size, shape, border and even add text. It's a flexible tool that'll enable you to produce images like you never thought of or thought possible. You can rename the image using the appropriate file name. Experiment with you images in question. You'll need to study but it'll pay off.

I have always imported them the same way and never had this problem before... We've been using this sitebuilder for 7 years... why another step now?

They are clear, right side up and optimized, and when they load they are either upside down or sideways...

I apologize that this seems to be a new issue to you, but we have been seeing this problem, especially with images uploaded from iPhones, for years. Unfortunately, we cannot control this as it has to do with the way that iPhones process images. themieleman provided to you the solution that we have available. If you look in your file manager, you will easily be able to see which images are not upright.

Ok. Unfortunately, I can't say why those images are not uploading upright, but if images are importing sideways, they will need to be edited in a 3rd party editor and re-uploaded.

Can you give me the step by step process for downloading pictures from my iphone?  On the computer, looking at the website, they are right side up.  On a phone, they are sideways.
