Why are my changes not being published?

I've been building this website for a few days with no problems. Spent awhile on it today with no problems until a couple hours ago when I made some minor text changes, saved, then published... only for the changes to not be made. I tried refreshing and pushing F5 to no avail. I tried looking for the File Manager as one post suggested - to no avail because I can't find File Manager. Instructions reflect "SiteBuilder" while mine says "Website Builder". I also cleared my browsing history and reopened Chrome browser. Last, I tried Internet Explorer. Nothing worked. Please advise.

What page and what are you trying to change specifically so I can take a look?

Now the changes won't save, either. All the work I did earlier is gone and now when I reapply the changes, save, go to the "save history" button that suddenly appeared to see if it saved, it says it did not publish. So I go back to the editor, to the page I was working on, and the changes I just made moments before are gone.

Paula5191 I'm having the same problem with my site so I will give Homestead a call tomorrow and see what's up. make changes and it is not publish them even after a save and preview, something is going on. Yes very frustrating I lost all my added text I made today.

Oh my.... Sorry to hear that. I had a feeling it might be something with the company because there's a new button added in the top right that looks like a clock - just appeared as the problems took place. And it happens to be a "Save History" button. They'll probably have the kinks worked out by tomorrow.

I have tried updating  of my sites & none of them will publish. After going out of the homestead account and back in, all of the saved changes are gone

It looks like you use Internet Exploraer or Edge mostly. Can you try Firefox or Chrome to see if you have a better time of it?

The issue appears to be intermittent and only affects a small percentage of customers. In most cases our agents are able to publish the sites. We are currently looking at everything we can, but it may be a networking issue affecting traffic between some customers and our servers.
I have the same issue.

James1418, Is this happening on a computer? I see you logged in today using an iPad. Homestead logins don't support mobile devices, so if you can try making a change on a computer and let us know if you still see a problem.
