Why am I not receiving emails sent direct to my account but receive them when contact form is filled out help please in understanding

The email address connected to your contact form is not a Homestead email. What email address are you having trouble with?

When I send an email to admin@wilkinskenpouk.com on roundcube from my gmx email account it is not arriving in my inbox.

Ok, two things. You have a forward on that email address TO the gmx email address. Sending an email from the gmx to the Homestead email that redirects to the gmx email would cause errors.
Also, you have a filter set up in your Roundcube account that tells our system to discard all emails. You will never see emails in Roundcube because of this. I would recommend turning this filter off if you want to be able to receive email through Roundcube.
