Here are instructions on where to add Google Analytics tracking code to your Storefront.

  1. Click Store Manager in the left navigation menu. Then, click Launch Tool to open the Storefront Administrator.

  2. Click Store Design from the left navigation menu and select Page Template Manager from the sub menu.

  3. Click Footer.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the source code and the last two elements you will see are </body> </html>

  5. Insert the tracking code right above </body>

  6. Save and Publish

Hope that helps!

I do not have the "store Manager" button on my dashboard - I cannot follow the above instructions as I don't have the navigation tools to do so. Any other suggestions here?

Hi Kevin3471,

Welcome to the community!

Storefront does not have analytics built in like the sitebuilder does, what I'd recommend is using Google Analytics. Above, you'll find instructions on how to add it to your store.

I hope this helps, thanks!

I followed all the instructions above. I have my Google code and ready to paste it. However, my footer doesn't have code it just has this:
advanced search view cart checkout
About US
Polices ....etc..

there is no showing so that I can place my Google script above it.
when I pasted the script anyway, it showed up on my home page in the footer.
hope you can help.
