Hi,

Here are instructions to find your Pin number.
  1. In the upper right corner, click Account. Then, choose Show My PIN.

  2. Your Pin # will appear where the "Show My PIN" text was.

Hope that helps!

Hi, is it safe to provide our PIN code to a buyer of our domain who wants to open a new account with Homestead?   Will that person have access to our personal details and account information?

Thanks

Yes, with the pin they will have full access into the account. If you are needing a domain moved over to a new account, you can request this. I would maybe recommend a 3 way call with our support having both parties on the line, or having the buyer set up the new account with us, then you can request your domain and site be moved to the other account.
