I'm trying to add a link to a chat widget on my site and I need to add some provided metadata to my sites HTML setttings. The instructions told me to add it just before the "body". How do I know where this is, I don't see it labeled?

Normally you would add it to an HTML box.
Click on Insert > More > <HTML>   This places the add HTML on your page. Paste your code in it and then drag the box to where you want the link to show.

Susan's instructions are just right. An HTML box includes the code in the body automatically.
