Where is the file manager in homestead editor?

I can manage my files in Sitebuider Plus, but not in the Homestead Editor.

If you are referring to Website Builder, that builder does not use a file manager. Any images you've uploaded, you can view when you go to add or edit an image. Any file can be seen when you go to add or edit a file.
