I created an HTML5 animation and in the past, I would have to add any of the assets to File Manager (and then publish) — now I don't see that capability — any ideas?

If you are working on the Websitebuilder site, there is not a file manager. Which site are you working on?

Website Builder. So there's no way I can implement an animated HTML5 file that contains assets (i.e. a transparent png)?

If it is an image, you should be able to upload it as an image. I have not tried a png, but animated gifs have worked before. Other than that, there is no hard URL for resources. The images are stored in Google buckets that generate their own URL.

I should add, that a change to this has been requested so that a URL is available for this type of situation. I am hoping we have it sooner rather than later.
