When will homestead email accounts be cut over to the new system?

Last we I recall seeing an email saying Homestead account were going to be transitioned to a new email platform on February 1st.  Has that changed?

No, it has not changed. The process has begun, but testing showed that an immediate flip of all accounts would have negatively impacted server performance, so we are now running batches instead.

The backend is not changing anything. Only the webmail is changing. It is being changed to Roundcube.

I still haven't been changed over either. It remains unclear about where this log in page is and whether or not we will be able to toggle back and forth between old and new platforms to make sure everything is kosher.

It is in process, but I am not able to tell individuals exactly when their account will be done. If you log in from within your email tab in your Homestead account, it will take you to the current Webmail program. If you are on the new one, then you can still log into the old at https://emailmg.homestead.com/ox6/ox.html

Some time after we finish everyone, the old will be made unavailable.

I just tried logging in to the "new" one from within my Homestead account and it still takes me to the "old" platform. I assume this means I have not been migrated...? 

If yes, how will I know when I have been migrated? Do I just keep checking every so often???

It should be seamless. If you log in from your Homestead account or from http://www.homestead.com you will be routed to Roundcube after you are migrated. If you log in from the link, https://emailmg.homestead.com/ox6/ox.html then you will not know you have been migrated until we turn Open Xchange off. Then that link won't work

Can you tell me why our email routed to Roundcube for awhile yesterday and now it is back to open exchange?  I didn't login any differently either time.

We had to halt the process temporarily. Development encountered some issues that need to be worked out. As soon as they correct these, we should see the process begin again. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.

Thank you for your quick answer.  The issue I have is that I had to send an email out (maybe 2) while it was Roundcube but it does not show up on the Homestead view so how do I know it (or they) went out?

Two days ago on a different thread Drew N stated that all changeover had been halted at this time. That was my understanding.

I have been told that the issue of the conversion has been resolved and they are running some today. They plan on completing it next week. I have no way to request a hold on any accounts. The developers and mail administrators will start up again once they have confirmed the new procedure.

They will not be running over the weekend
