This is a useful middleware that can save a huge amount of time and avoid many costly errors.

BUT, it can be tricky to set up and there is little help during the trial period unless you are willing to sign up and pay the initialization fee (currently $1000).

Once I committed to their services, it took a week to schedule a time with someone who could show me how to properly use the program and to fix the mistakes made during the trial installation. During all of this there were several problems that took multiple phone calls to try to resolve. I am now a month into using this product and still do not have it completely up and running correctly. I have also found out with the last couple of days that the sales will not directly convert into my system because of the way I have built my assembly products. It turns out that QB does not allow eCC access to the "unit_of_measure" so anything that uses any form of unit of measure will not accurately convert into QB. For me and for my business, this is a HUGE problem since we manufacture all of our merchandise we sell and I use assemblies with different units of measure to tracking our production. I am trying to be patient and work through installation and training but am not totally satisfied with what I have gotten or what I anticipate the finished working program will be, unfortunately.
