All of a sudden I'm not able to use the text box and edit the original ariel font to another font, even after I "mouse over" the text as I've always done before. Sometimes even "mousing over" completely is a challenge. Ridiculous.

Hi Steven2964,

Sorry about that -

I just tried changing the font of a text box and it seems to be working as it should.

Which browser are you currently using and have you tried using a different browser?

Sitebuilder Plus works best Firefox and Internet Explorer, if you're not already using either of those browsers, please give that a try and let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you,
Ehsan

Hello Ehsan,

I just saw your notice and I'll give it a shot on the google browser I've been using on a regular basis. My computer does have firefox so if need be, I'll give that a try and see what happens. I do have to use IE to get on to Google, which seems redundant. But, notice I said "seems" LOL. When it comes to computers, that "seems" word is dangerous for guys like myself. Thanks for getting back to me and I'll let you know how things are going.

(My problem with editing was that everytime I'd mouse over what I wanted to change, then go to my right to change the font, color, or size, all of a sudden the highlighting brought on by my "mousing over" the text I wanted to change, simply vanished and so did my intended changes. First time this has happened. And right when I'm making big changes to my website. Okay, let's see what happens..

Steven.

Hi Steven,

No worries, thanks for the additional info. Do give another browser a shot, as I mentioned in my initial response, Firefox and IE work best with Plus - that may or may not be the issue.

You're probably already doing this already but thought I'd throw it out there just in case..
Be sure to select the element (single click) that you want to edit so that it stays selected.

If you're just moving your mouse over the element so that it looks highlighted and aren't single clicking it to "select" it, that might be the issue.

Anyhow, let me know how it goes so we can further troubleshoot if need be.

Thanks!
Ehsan
