Thanks For asking, there are several questions that I have and I'm sure there are much more as other Homestead members may have.
I recently asked Tech support about the "Text" information. I seems that it is a little confusing when selecting "Font" and  text sizes, "Paragraph Title" "Page Title" and "Font Family" with different pixel sizes. Another question I have is " Spelling Correction Element" is not available, is it possible to include have that added? As I venture further into the new Website Builder I am sure I will have more questions as others will.
Thanks again for making available Tutorials.

I like Les6064's ideas. In addition, I would also like more information about the color palettes and how and where each of the five colors are used. I'm trying to change the color of my menu options and can't for the life of me figure it out.

Honestly, I think we need a full on instructional manual that covers every single aspect of the builder.  The manual needs to be as extensive as it possibly can be covering any and every question you all have been asked here a gazillion times, keeping in mind that most people using it are not web designers and have very little, at times, tech savvy.
A "Before you start, read this" with things like a reminder to build within the middle margins (I had to do a complete redesign once I published as I was working on a widescreen and built for my view) and a note to check the mobile design as frequently as possible while working on the desktop design.
