Something has gone very wrong to affect so many customers/builders. Could you just try another browser, IE firefox, see what happens and post here if that solves the issue for now.

The problem seems intermittent.  Last night it was OK and all the site elements were in the right place.  Seems like a "loading" issue.  At least the problem seems to solve itself...eventually.
