Do you have phone support at all?  I have a problem synchronizing my BigCommerce store with eBay and I cannot find a phone number to talk to anyone.  Very disturbing.

Usually sync issues are a result of some required fields not being present. You can take a look at this topic, https://support.bigcommerce.com/articles/Public/eBay-LINK/?q=ebay&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

You can also call 800-710-1998

I have had this set up and operational for more than a year.  Something else must have changed.

Ok, let me check into it for you. Are all products generating an error? Can you provide as much information as you can?

The first symptom I noticed was in early February.  I discovered that when items sold on eBay they were not removed from inventory on my BigCommerce website at adventurersrealm.com.  I didn't have time to focus on figuring out why so I simply manually removed the items from inventory.

A few days ago I attempted to export an item from my BigCommerce site to eBay in the same manner I have always done so.  An error message popped up: "An error occurred retrieving the category features. You can go back and try again. If the error persists please double check your listing settings."

I checked my listing settings by going to the "Sell On Ebay" page of the Marketing section and I see another error message there: "Your eBay settings appear to be incorrect."  This is the page in which I originally loaded my eBay DevID, eBay AppID, and eBay CertID, none of which I've changed.

When I follow the process to reset these IDs by going to Channel Manager>Ebay, I receive a warning: "You have 2125 eBay listings through our previous eBay integration. Note that your current listings will not carry over. Please end those listings in eBay and create brand new ones using this integration. To learn more, check out the knowledge base article."

I would really prefer to not have to cancel all of my existing eBay listings, so before I did so I thought it best to seek assistance.  Any you can offer would be appreciated.

I am checking on this for you. If they changed the integration, it might be a requirement. I will let you know as soon as possible.

Hi Ken, the old sell on EBay is no longer supported, so if it is not working, then you will need to set it up via the channel manager. I am sorry for the news, but it does require that you end the listings and then set up the new channel manager
