What happened to the Chat Feature? You used to be able to add "Chat" to your site.

thank you. i actually feel service has gone way down hill for homestead. i've been with them for about 13 years and am so involved now that it's impossible to leave. network solutions said my site could be down for 9 days if i switch so i'm stuck with them. oh well, ha! You're welcome Rebecca. I'm hoping that after all this migration stuff is complete that Homestead will address the customer service issues - phone and live chat. I currently feel this Board is the only place that is responsive to us Homesteaders.
