If I choose the 2 websites add-on (in order to build an additional site under the same account), does that immediately get me 5 more pages, or do I need a page add-on as well? I currently am being invoiced for both and am trying to determine if the extra pages add-on is redundant.

Hello,

To add a new site, yes, you would need to add the 2 sites add on. However, with the new builder you do not need to add the additional pages add on. These pages will already be included in the new software.

I believe I'm being over charged. My invoice includes the additional site fee, as well as an additional page fee, but I only have 5 pages per site (unless it's including my Site Error page, which I understood was not part of the 5 total). Are you able to check that?

No problem, I did check and the billing is correct. Currently between the 2 Sitebuilder plus websites combined you are using 10 pages total. The package does come with 5 pages and the page add on covers the additional 5.
If you add a new website to your account this will be placed in our new builder, WebsiteBuilder and you will not need to add more pages or have any additional charges.

Thank you for clarifying. For my future reference, is it possible to transfer existing sites over to the new builder in order to use those upgraded features? (Would I be able to build a new site and transfer the name over basically, deleting the old site then.) Our sites could use a face lift...

You are welcome. Yes, that is exactly how it would work, you would first build the new site while the current one is connected and when completed move your domain name over by changing the site association.
