I went in to Websites Manager to do some editing but it is blank. I can bring it up on the web but there is nothing there in Homestead.

Here are some things to try:

Click on page settings and then on backgrounds, links & footer and toggle the background off. You can switch it back right away. It will refresh the editor page and should make the contents appears.

Try loading using a different browser.

Try logging off and back in a few times.

If none of that helps immediately try again later on.

I don't see an option to toggle the background off. I tried opening it in AOL and rebooted my computer. Still nothing.

I always use IE but tried AOL at your suggestion. Still doesn't work.

I wouldn't recommend AOL - try Chrome or Fire Fox,

Why? I have always used IE, which has always worked until now and which you said others have had luck with. I do not want to load other browsers, I want this to work as it always has with IE. This is something that is happening on your end since others are experiencing the same problems.

I am having the same problem. Pages won't load. Web is ok though. Logged off, rebooted my laptop, refeshed....pages still won't load.

Tried a different browser. Same problem. This issue is internal.

You both need to try loading the site in a different browser. Chrome has been successful, but others have had luck using IE or Fire Fox.

Which browsers have you tried?

Firefox, which I normally use with no issues, and just tried Opera, we should not have to change browsers. This issue is obviously internal.

We are looking into this, but unfortunately, there is nothing obvious about it. It is affecting only a few people, and most of them are using Chrome. Most of the people that had the issue were able to resolve it by changing browsers. There may be something internal, but it is certainly not easy to track down, as it is not something we can replicate. When we load your sites, it works fine. Please specify the site name, and they time you had the problem and the browser you were using at the time. This may help us look through the logs to track down what might be happening.

First thing I noticed, the Editor was taking forever to load. Go to Log in, click Website Manager, click Edit Site, the pages do not load properly, Editor does not even load. Changing pages, same thing. Background is there, but all text and graphics are non-existent. 5:43 pm Firefox Actually there are some graphics as you scroll down the page, but they are completely messed up (out of place). No text at all, no borders.

This is the problem. It sounds like it should be evident, but when we load your site it seems to be fine. We are searching the logs to see if they will tell us anything.

I was just trying it to see what would happen. So now it is working again using IE. Thanks for whatever you did to get it to load!
