Thanks Susan, I have updated my information, hopefully all will be well soon.
Not having the best end of the week, my phone has decided to become unconscious, hopefully something simple like the battery....
My communications are failing rapidly......

Hi David. It doesn't appear that you have verified the changes. You should have received an email at both the old and new address to confirm the change. If you do not have access to the old address, you will need to contact compliance@homesteadsupport.com. You will want to snac a driver's license or other government issued ID that has the same address as the old address on the domain. The scan should be in color. If your license does not match, then you will also need to include a utility bill with the address that was on the domain and your name.

Sorry for the complicated process, but we must follow the regulations.

My Spanish drivers licence does not have an address on it but I sent a utility bill which has my name and address on it.
Do you think I need to send another official document from the government?

I am not sure. Do you have a passport? You can send if you have it. If you don't, they will reply to you with a request for further information.

I sent the passport... they didn't like that, I have sent them my drivers licence with a government certificate that ties both numbers together.

I do hope this is enough - or cancel the transfer but keep the email change djayy@hotmail.com

You could be right..... it feels like that right now ;-) but from here it can only get better }:-( ,
