website manager problem, can not edit websites.

website manager has not let me in to edit my websites for over a week now.

I get this message every time I try to use the website manager-

You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later.

What is going on?

This has been happening to me for over a week as well — I'm going to need this time I haven't been able to edit my sites credited back to me — been with Homestead for YEARS and this is unacceptable.

The problem site is the new Websitebuilder site. After you created the site, the email address on the account was changed. This broke the connection between the editor and the site. Did you ever work on this site? If not the fastest solution is for me to delete that site and you can create a new one which will connect using the new email address.

Now that I'm typing this, I believe that this is the same site that you have mentioned on Twitter. It appears that you have not begun working. If you confirm that for me, I will delete the site and we can get you fixed up.
