From the Websites Manager tab in your Homestead account, you can click on the drop down menu and choose which site you want to edit.

Ok, I have added that for you. Now, in Websites Manager, you should see the option to Add New Website. Once you've created the website, you can follow these instructions to switch your domain to that site:

Not in Website Builder, you'll need to go into the Websites Manager tab of your Homestead account. You'll see a button in the top right corner that says "Add New Website"
