My site only works when I use Safari or Chrome. When I use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, it displays "This page can't be displayed" and I have to refresh the browser to display the site.

I am still not having this issue. I do see your video. I will check again with the network guys. Just a few minutes ago there was a very brief issue on our end, but right now your site is resolving for me in all browsers, just as it has been. There are a ton more "moving" parts in the internet than your ISP and our servers. There are numerous 3rd parties between you and us that may be having issues. Each site you visit may route through different regions depending on the final destination.

I will keep trying to think of things, but all your browsers are looking at the same files. If you see it in any browser, then our servers are working. If it is on the server end, it would be all or nothing.

Hi Drew, the website seems to be working just now. Thank you for your help and time. How did you guys resolve the issue? Seems like the site goes down on the weekend.

I am not sure we did anything. The only thing we did do was to use a different A record for your website, but I did that last week too and there was no effect. I am still trying to see if we can see anything at all that might explain this. I will not change anything again unless you say it happens again.

It also could be something else along the route that was cleared up. If I get more information, I will certainly let you know.

Hi Drew, I've been monitoring the website and it has been working. However, the last two times I had issue with the site was ONLY on the weekend. If that happens again during the weekend, would you be able to fix it for me since we can't afford the site to go down again for 2 more days? Or would you provide me the instruction on how to change A record since that seems to resolve the issue the last two times? Thank you

I am not going to be available all weekend, but post here and I will check in on it to see when I am able. I currently have you on a direct IP, so if there is an issue, then that was not actually a problem.
