I have NO clue as to why all of a sudden my website is down. I get charged my monthly fees every month for years now and am all paid up. I have my registration for my business that started 90 minutes ago while clients started calling me about the site not existing. Absolutely unacceptable. And I have NO way to get customer support to help with this until Monday. My other website works totally fine so this makes zero sense to me. Why am I paying so much to have you host my domain and websites if there is no access to my page??

What is your website address? Is your Domain Name registered with Homestead? The website hosting company is not necessarily the domain registrar for a domain name. My domain name is with register.com. My hosting company is Homestead. If register.com does not have my correct email address, I will not receive their email notice and I could not verify. This happened with me and my website shut down because I didn't respond the their email regarding registration expiration. Register.com was using an old email address that I had abandon. If the domain name is now registered with Homestead, and Homestead has the correct email address, they will send email notices regarding verification. Check with one of the Homestead staff on Tuesday if you're unable to decipher verification.

My domain is registered through Homestead. I transferred it YEARS ago from godaddy.com
I also noticed my email account hasn't been working for a week or two - well no emails since then and I tried emailing myself and out and still nothing. When I checked my domain on WHOIS is shows STATUS: CLIENT HOLD. I am all paid up so I am completely unsure of the reason for this.

Thank you. I changed to an email that I have access to, since my SwimToYou email is also not working. I verified so now I guess I will sit and wait and keep refreshing to see if it goes back up.
Thank you for your help.

Its been an hour since I updated the domain contact info (I did that before I was sent that message about reading the post, from above). And so far, still nothing. Though it says it can take up to 48 hours. This is just so irritating. I have been promoting the registration for the summer swim program for a few weeks now and I had the form set to open at 6:00PM PST this evening. My clients can't even email me but a few have called me asking what's going on. It just seems to unprofessional on my end with an inaccessible site and email. Plus this is A HUGE portion of my yearly income so this affects me tremendously. Now I will have to hear about it next week from the school directors who are looking for a reason to shut the program down. Not happy at all about this and wish there was another option. I will continue to refresh and check my site and hope to god it goes up way sooner than 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we, like you, are Community Members and can't assist you with server issues. The Homestead Staff will return on Monday.

Sadly Amy it appears you fell foul of ICANN's registration rules ( nothing to do with Homestead) as the link provided above would have explained. I have noticed the website was updated today, 22 April. The good news is your website is back up and running.
